Abstract:
In order to explore the quantity allocation method of online and offline channel of limited supply under the goal of maximizing the producer’s profit, aiming at the competition conflict of freshness in the agri-food dualchannel supply chain, the dual-channel supply source allocation function is constructed, and then the dual-channel supply allocation strategy of agricultural products manufacturers is studied under limited supply. The results show that the subjective intention of the manufacturers to allocate all the sources to online channels is rigid. When the freshness of online channel is decided by the manufacturers, the initial allocation quantity of online and offline channel is evenly allocated. When the freshness of online channel is decided by the cold chain logistics service providers, the initial configuration of online channel accounts for three-quarters of the total. Under the condition that the wholesale price is above a certain threshold, when the freshness of online channel is decided by the manufacturer themselves and more supply sources are configured to the offline channel by the manufacturers, both the profits of manufacturers and system are higher.
