Abstract:
In the field of food preservation, natural edible antibacterial fresh-keeping film is an important biodegradable film, with the characteristics of easy degradation, low cost, wide sources, etc. This paper introduces the application status of three edible film including polysaccharide film, protein film and lipid film in food preservation, summarizes the research progress of composite film-forming technology, nanoparticles preparation technology and the addition of plant essential oil in the preparation of edible fresh-keeping film. Which aims to provide reference for further research in edible packaging materials in the preservation field.
