Abstract:
The organic Aloe vera bergamot beverage containing A.vera granules was developed using organic A.vera gel juice and the granules as main raw materials combined with bergamot puree.The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal proportions were determined as follows:organic A.vera gel juice addition of 85%,organic A.vera gel fruit granules addition of 10%,citric acid addition of 0.2%,bergamot concentrated pulp addition of0.5%,mogroside addition of 0.02%,compound thickening and stabilizing agent addition of 0.05%,and white sugar addition of 4.23%.The beverage developed by this recipe presented sweet and sour tastes with pleasant aroma and crisp A.vera fruit grains,which met the requirements of organic product certification.
