Abstract: In this study, the qualified probability of frozen pork samples was calculated according to the qualified probability calculation formula in CNAS-TRL-010:2019 Application of Measurement Uncertainty in Conformity Determination, and the misjudgment probability of total volatile basic nitrogen（TVB-N） in frozen pork was obtained combining with the conclusion of conformity determination, aiming to provide a basis for the laboratory to accurately evaluate the risk of misjudgment. Results showed that the misjudgment probability was 33.4% under the qualified conformity judgment when the upper allowable limit was 15 mg/100 g, measurement value was 14.9 mg/100 g, standard measurement uncertainty was 0.23 mg/100 g.
