植物乳杆菌CY1-2对粉红单端孢体外和番茄体内的抑菌活性及可能机制研究

Antifungal Activity of Lactobacillus plantarum CY1-2 on Trichothecium roseum in Vitro and in Tomatoes and the Possible Mechanisms Involved

  • 摘要: 以果蔬采后致病真菌粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum)为对象,研究了不同浓度(0、1.0×10~1、1.0 ×10~2、1.0×10~3、1.0×10~4、1.0×10~5、1.0×10~6、1.0×10~7CFU/mL)植物乳杆菌 CY1 -2(Lactobacillus plantarum CY1-2)对 T. roseum 菌丝生长、孢子萌发和接种番茄果实腐烂情况的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的 L. plantarum CY1-2 均能显著抑制 T. roseum 菌丝生长和孢子萌发,同时也可抑制接种T . roseum 番茄果实的病斑直径;浓度为 1 . 0 × 10~5CFU / mL 的 L . plantarum CY1 - 2 处理提高了T . roseum 培养液中相对电导率、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,但对丙二醛含量没有显著影响。由此表明,L. plantarum CY1-2 抑制 T. roseum 生长的机制可能与破坏其细胞膜有关。

     

    Abstract: Trichothecium roseum, the fungus causing postharvest-disease of fruits and vegetables, was used as the objective to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum CY1-2 at different concentrations( 0, 1.0×101, 1.0×102,1.0×103, 1.0×104, 1.0×105, 1.0×106, 1.0×107CFU/mL) on the mycelia growth and conidia germination of T. roseum and decay of tomato fruit inoculated with T. roseum. The results showed that all different concentrations of L. plantarum CY1-2 could significantly depress the mycelia growth and conidia germination of T. roseum and restrain the lesion diameter of inoculated tomato fruit. The treatment with L. plantarum CY1-2 at 1.0×105CFU/mL increased relative conductivity, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the T. roseum medium, whereas had no significant effect on malondialdehyde content. Which recommended that the mechanism by which the growth of T. roseum was suppressed by L. plantarum CY1-2 may be associated with the destruction of cell membrane.
