一种自发气调包装袋对杨梅果实采后品质的影响

Effects of a Spontaneous Modified Atmosphere Packaging Bag on Postharvest Qualities of Bayberry(Myrica rubra) Fruits

  • 摘要: 选用经冷链运输的高度成熟的“仙居杨梅”为试材,针对其果实含水量高、呼吸强度大的特性,使用一种由对水蒸气具有选择透过性的薄膜制成的自发气调包装袋对杨梅果实进行包装,并定期进行采后品质相关指标测定,探究在环境温度(26±1)℃下,顶空气体体积分数对杨梅果实品质的影响,从而判断这种自发气调包装袋对杨梅果实的保鲜效果。结果表明:该自发气调包装袋所维持的氧气体积分数为13%±3%,二氧化碳体积分数为8%±1%,相对湿度为95%±1%,此环境能够有效降低营养物质损失和坏果率,减缓硬度下降,有效延长新鲜杨梅的货架期。

     

    Abstract: The highly mature ‘Xianju bayberry’ by cold chain transportation was selected as the experimental material. In view of the high-water content and high respiratory intensity of bayberry fruits, a spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging bag made of film with selective permeability to water vapor was used for packing,then the relevant indices of postharvest qualities were determined regularly. The effects of headspace gas volume fractions on the qualities of bayberry fruits at ambient temperature of(26±1) ℃ were explored, so as to judge the fresh-keeping effects of the spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging bag on bayberry fruits. The results showed that the volume fractions of oxygen, carbon dioxide, relative humidity maintained by spontaneous modified atmosphere package were 13%±3%, 8%±1%, and 95%±1%. These conditions could effectively reduce the nutrients loss and bad fruit rates, slow down the decline of hardness, and effectively prolong the shelf life of fresh bayberry fruits.
