Abstract:
The prepared dishes industry has developed rapidly, but the supporting safety traceability system has not been established in time. In practice, the safety traceability system of prepared dishes is faced with unclear division of labor, unclear traceability scope and non-unified identification technology. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the prepared dishes industry, and realize the traceability of the destination, source and responsibility of prepared dishes, it is necessary to establish the safety traceability system of prepared dishes. Therefore, this paper analyzes the food safety problems of the prepared dishes industry, summarizes the situation and deficiencies of the current food safety traceability system, and puts forward the improved path of the prepared dishes safety traceability system,points out that the traceability subject, traceability scope and identification technology of the prepared dishes in the safety traceability system should be clarified on the basis of food safety laws and regulations, in order to promote the healthy development of the prepared dishes industry, so that make the prepared dishes safe to eat and use.
