Abstract:
The fresh Tricholoma matsutake was used as experimental material and packaged in 0.03 mm polyethylene(PE) bags,0.05 mm PE bags,oriented polypropylene(OPP) bags,and vacuum packaging,respectively,and then placed in foam boxes and cartons.After 60 h of transportation,the Tricholoma matsutake was transported to the laboratory,and then transferred into fresh-keeping bags and stored at low temperature((4±0.2) ℃,85%~90%relative humidity) for 10 d.The effects of modified atmosphere packing during e-commerce logistics on sensory quality,respiration,color,and texture of Tricholoma matsutake were investigated in order to screen suitable packaging materials for Tricholoma matsutake.The results showed that 0.05 mm PE bags could effectively maintain the overall quality of Tricholoma matsutake,reduce odour rate and respiration,delay browning,maintain skin hardness and flesh firmness,extend the shelf-life of Tricholoma matsutake for more than 7 d.Therefore,0.05 mm PE bags are beneficial in maintaining the shelf-life quality of Tricholoma matsutake.
