Abstract:
The new changes in the food consumption demand of Chinese consumers have promoted the rapid development of the prepared dishes. While exploring new economic growth points, it is necessary to stick to the defense line of prepared dishes safety. By analyzing the current situation of food safety supervision of prepared dishes in China, the paper analyzes the difficulties of food safety supervision of prepared dishes, including the lack of food safety standards in China, the backward law enforcement model and the weak social supervision. In order to provide legal supplies for the high-quality development of prepared dishes industry, there are three mainly solutions to solve the problems, including formulating and improving the safety national standards of prepared dishes, optimizing the law enforcement model and enhancing the degree of public participation.
