Abstract:
Mango is one of the important cash crops in the tropics and subtropics, and it is deeply loved by consumers because of its unique taste and rich nutrients. Due to the high temperature and rainy harvest period, vigorous physiological metabolism and difficult harvesting, mango fruit is vulnerable to fungal diseases during transportation and storage after harvest, which has become an important factor limiting the development of mango industry. In order to control postharvest fungal diseases of mango, scholars from China home and abroad have studied and developed postharvest control techniques. This paper mainly summarized the main symptoms, hazards, pathogenic bacteria and occurrence conditions of anthracnose, stem rot and aspergillosis of mango, and summarized the control methods of postharvest fungal diseases in mango, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of control technology of postharvest fungal diseases of mango.
