网络餐饮食品安全风险及对策

  • 摘要: 网络餐饮作为一种新兴业态在新冠疫情防控期间迅速发展壮大,在满足人们消费需求方面发挥了重要作用,同时网络餐饮在食品安全方面存在的风险日益凸显。通过对相关文献的研究与汇总,分析了网络餐饮在平台管理、餐饮加工、外卖配送、售后服务4个环节存在的食品安全风险,提出明晰政府监管责任与第三方平台管理责任、加强入网餐饮户加工过程的监管、实行“食安封签”和以政府为主导,消费者、第三方平台、网络餐饮户、新闻媒体共同参与社会共治的建议和对策。对网络餐饮食品安全监管以及网络餐饮从业人员防范食品安全隐患具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: As a new business, online catering has grown rapidly during the prevention and control of the COVID-19and played an important role in meeting people’s consumption needs. At the same time, online catering has increasingly prominent risks in food safety. Through the research and summary of related literature, this paper analyzes the food safety risks of online catering in the four aspects of platform management, catering processing, takeaway delivery and after-sales service, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures of clarifying the responsibilities of the government and the third-party platform, strengthening the supervision of the processing process of the catering households in the network, implementing the sealing label of food safety, and the government as the leading party, with the participation of the consumers, the third-party platform, the catering households in the network, and the news media. It has reference value for online catering food safety supervision and online catering practitioners to prevent food safety hazards.
