Abstract:
Cyetpyrafen residues in Goji berries were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The samples were processed using QuEChERS method, in terms of being extracted with acetonitrile, purified with PSA and GCB, and was detected by UPLC-MS/MS method and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the recovery rates were between 80.4% and 105.6% with relative standard deviations(RSD) between 5.5% and 12.0%, and the quantification limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The method reported in this study can quickly and accurately detect residues of cyetpyrafen pesticides.
