枸杞果实中乙唑螨腈检测方法研究

Study on the Detection of Cyetpyrafen in Goji Berries(Lycium bararum L.)

  • 摘要: 建立了枸杞果实中乙唑螨腈残留检测方法。枸杞果实样品采用QuEChERS方法处理,用乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)吸附剂和石墨化碳黑(GCB)净化,超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。结果表明,采用该检测方法乙唑螨腈在枸杞鲜果、干果中平均回收率为80.4%~105.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.5%~12.0%,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。该方法可以快速、准确地测定枸杞子中的乙唑螨腈。

     

    Abstract: Cyetpyrafen residues in Goji berries were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The samples were processed using QuEChERS method, in terms of being extracted with acetonitrile, purified with PSA and GCB, and was detected by UPLC-MS/MS method and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the recovery rates were between 80.4% and 105.6% with relative standard deviations(RSD) between 5.5% and 12.0%, and the quantification limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The method reported in this study can quickly and accurately detect residues of cyetpyrafen pesticides.
