Abstract:
Cellulase is a key element in the lignocellulosic biorefinery process, and the efficient enzymatic digestion of lignocellulose provides great opportunities for biorefineries. How to improve the potency of cellulase and reduce the cost of enzymatic saccharification so as to realize efficient lignocellulosic biorefinery is one of the current hotspots of concern. In this paper, the types of cellulases and their mechanism of action, production methods, etc., are described, and the methods to enhance the cellulase vitality and reduce the production cost of cellulase are summarized in order to better achieve the enhancement of cellulase potency and production, and to provide ideas for more efficient biorefining of cellulase in lignocellulosic.
