Abstract:
Taking one bud and two leaves of tea plant variety ‘Yuntao’ before and after grafting as experimental materials, the metabolic mechanism of flavonoids during the grafting process of tea plant was studied using metabolomics methods, in order to provide reference for further exploration of flavonoid metabolism pathways in tea plant grafting. The results showed that a total of 804 metabolites were detected in the non grafted ‘Yuntao’ and the grafted scion ‘Yuntao’,of which 213 were flavonoid metabolites. After grafting, the content of 25 flavonoid metabolites in ‘Yuntao’ increased and 9 decreased. The enrichment pathways related to flavonoid differential metabolites mainly include anthocyanin biosynthesis, flavonoid biosynthesis, isoflavone biosynthesis, flavonoid and flavonol biosynthesis.
