纤维素/壳聚糖电纺纳米纤维溶剂体系研究进展

Review of Solvent System for Electrospinning of Cellulose/Chitosan Nanofibers

  • 摘要: 纤维素和壳聚糖是地球上储量最丰富的两种天然高分子,通过静电纺丝法将纤维素与壳聚糖高效复合可制备综合性能突出的绿色功能化纳米纤维新材料,并进一步拓展二者的应用领域。适宜溶剂体系的选用与开发是静电纺丝法制备高品质纳米纤维的重要前提和保证。基于此,本文综述了近年来国内外学者们对静电纺丝纤维素、壳聚糖单一纳米纤维以及两者复合纳米纤维主要溶剂体系(包括有机溶剂、水相溶剂和离子液体溶剂)的相关特性、溶解效果、溶解机理以及纳米纤维纺丝效果的研究进展,为纤维素、壳聚糖高附加值纳米化利用及其复合功能化纳米纤维的开发提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Cellulose and chitosan are the two most abundant natural biomass polymers on the earth. The novel, green and functional composite nanofibers derived from cellulose and chitosan were expected to be obtained by electrospinning, which can further expand their applications. The selection and development of the optimum solvent system is a crucial prerequisite and guarantee for the preparation of high-quality nanofibers by electrospinning. The characteristics, dissolution effects, mechanisms and spinning performance of the main solvent systems(including organic solvents, aqueous solvents and ionic liquid solvents) for electrospun cellulose, chitosan single and composite nanofibers were reviewed, which could provide a theoretical reference for the high value-added nano-utilization of cellulose and chitosan as well as the development of functional biocomposite nanofibers.
