Abstract: With the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian War, various types of armored vehicles were put into the battlefield, and armored vehicles have become the most common combat tool for protecting combatants. China’s armored vehicles in the gun protection test in accordance with the 90s national military standards, in the face of new ammunition and new combat needs, it is very meaningful to consider the optimization of the standard. Combined with the actual test experience, the process of NATO armored vehicle bullet testing is sorted out, the technical differences between the national military standard and the advanced NATO standard in the bulletproof test are compared and analyzed, the main problems of the current anti-bullet test of armored vehicles in China are pointed out, the construction idea of the standard is proposed, and the optimization of the standard research is provided with suggestions, providing a basis for the personnel of armored vehicle testing and standard formulation.
