  • 摘要: 针对高导电铝合金需求日益增加但性能不满足当前需求的问题,对高导电铝合金的力学性能和导电率进行了分析.方案首先制定了铝合金分析流程,分析了铝合金中各种金属成分对力学性能和导电率的影响,并研究了热处理工艺中不同环境下时效处理对铝合金性能的影响.实验结果显示,本文的合金样本具有较强的力学强度和导电性,从而全面地对铝合金的影响因素进行分析,并深刻地对单个影响因素进行分析,试验研究更加精确、科学.

     

    Abstract: In view of the increasing demand for high-conductivity aluminum alloys and the performance does not meet the current needs, the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of high-conductivity aluminum alloys are analyzed. The program first formulates the aluminum alloy analysis process, analyzes the effects of various metal components in the aluminum alloy on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity, and studies the effect of aging treatment on the properties of the aluminum alloy in different environments in the heat treatment process. The experimental results show that the alloy samples in this article have strong mechanical strength and electrical conductivity, thus comprehensively affecting the aluminum alloy Analyze the influencing factors, and deeply analyze the individual influencing factors, and the experimental research is more accurate and scientific.
