一种引信用固态安全开关设计及模拟分析

Design and Simulation Analysis of a Solid-State Safety Switch

  • 摘要: 针对引信小型化、高安全需求,本文设计了一种具有低发火电压的引信用固态安全开关(ON-OFF),建立了MEMS固态控制器的数学模型,给出了MEMS固态控制器作用限定条件.并利用Matlab工具进行了数值计算,得到了热电耦合规律.之后利用COMSOL软件对MEMS固态控制器的实体模型进行了仿真,得到了与数值计算类似的结果,验证了理论模型的正确性.

     

    Abstract: In order to miniaturize and high security requirements of fuze, this paper designs a solid-state safety switch(ON-OFF) with low ignition voltage, establishes the mathematical model of MEMS solid-state controller, and gives the function of MEMS solid-state controller. Qualifications. The thermoelectric coupling law was obtained by numerical calculation using Matlab tool. Then the COMSOL software was used to simulate the solid model of the MEMS solid-state controller, and the results similar to the numerical calculation were obtained, which verified the correctness of the theoretical model.
