Abstract: By introducing the cultivation conditions and influencing factors of Morchella, this paper analyzes the key cultivation technologies of Morchella, such as pre sowing preparation, sowing, hyphal stage management, mushroom stage management, harvesting, pest control and so on, in order to better promote this technology, lead the benign development of local edible fungus industry, meet the needs of consumers, and improve the economic income of mushroom farmers.
