Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the traditional wireless test method of armoured vehicles is difficult to realize synchronous test of multi-test point, a distributed test method for vehicle parameters based on WiFi-Mesh is proposed. The hardware design of network nodes is implemented based on the Esp 32 module, and then, the networking task process, communication data format and self-repair function of the test nodes are designed and implemented. Meanwhile, the clock synchronization design of the Mesh network is realized by the TPSN algorithm, to ensure the clock synchronization between multiple test points. The experimental test shows that the constructed Mesh network can quickly realize networking, and the formed network topology is stable; the transmission rate between two points within 10m distance can reach 1.3Mbps, and the accuracy of time synchronization is within 1ms, which can meet the requirements of a field test.
