Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of in-situ test in the field of a certain type of aircraft missile launcher, a portable universal detector was designed. The system was based on the PC104 industrial computer. The system accurately provided various excitation signals through the software control signal simulation circuit, and checked the missile launcher and the internal launch circuit through the signal feedback test circuit. The use shows that the system is based on the PC104 industrial computer architecture, which effectively reduce the size and weight of the system, and the automatic test software is used to improve the test efficiency and guarantee reliability. The test is fast, the interface is humanized, and the maintenance is convenient. The equipment meets the requirements for in-situ test and maintenance of the launcher.
