Abstract: Aiming at the lack of quantitative analysis and rationality test in the construction process of the existing equipment combat test index system, the construction method of the index system based on quality function deployment（QFD） is proposed. Firstly, the basic principle and method of QFD are introduced. Then, the index system decomposition and rationality test method based on QFD are described in detail. Finally, the application process of QFD method is illustrated by an example of a synthetic force, from which the equipment inspection index system is constructed. This method realizes the mapping from checking the requirements of equipment combat mission to the construction of index system and improves the rationality of the index system.
