电子天平校准和测量能力(CMC)中不确定度的评定与表示

Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Calibration and Measurement Capability (CMC) of Electronic Balance

  • 摘要: 依据最新发布的JJF 1847-2020《电子天平校准规范》,根据电子天平不确定度测量模型,分析影响其不确定度的因素,通过控制各变量,选择实验室稳定的电子天平作为被测对象,评定点选择覆盖区间的上限、中值和下限,形成实验室最优不确定度.对评定的不同精度、不同测量范围的电子天平不确定度进行归纳,使用区间不确定度来表达实验室在某个测量范围内的能力,形成该实验室的电子天平校准和测量能力(CMC).

     

    Abstract: According to the newly released JJF 1847-2020 “electronic balance calibration specification”, according to the uncertainty measurement model of electronic balance, the factors affecting its uncertainty are analyzed. By controlling various variables, the stable electronic balance in the laboratory is selected as the measured object, and the upper limit, middle limit and lower limit of the coverage range are selected for the evaluation points, so as to form the optimal uncertainty of the laboratory. The uncertainty of electronic balance with different precision and measurement range is summarized, and the interval uncertainty is used to express the laboratory’s ability in a certain measurement range, forming the laboratory’s electronic balance calibration and measurement capability(CMC).
