植保静电喷雾系统参数性能研究

Study on parameter performance of plant protection electrostatic spray system

  • 摘要: 针对静电喷雾存在有效作业效率低、目标植物靶向性沉积率不可控问题,采用理论分析、计算机仿真与台架实验相结合方式,在分析静电喷雾原理基础上,系统研究喷雾参数对雾滴沉积效果影响规律。分析喷雾水压、静电电流、试验时间、和雾滴粒径对靶标沉积效果影响,评价与优化试验结果。结果表明,优先考虑沉积效果情况下,喷雾水压为0.50 MPa,静电电流为15μA时性能最佳,对提高静电喷雾沉积率和作业效率具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low operating efficiency and uncontrollable targeted deposition rate of target plants, theoretical analysis, computer simulation and bench experiment were adopted to systematically study the influence of spray parameters on droplet deposition effect based on the analysis of the principle of ESI. The effects of spray water pressure, electrostatic current, test time and droplet size on target deposition were analyzed, and the test results were evaluated and optimized.The results showed that when the deposition effect was given priority to, the spray water pressure was 0.50 MPa, and the electrostatic current was 15 μA, the performance was the best, which had a guiding significance for improving the deposition rate and operating efficiency of the electrostatic spray.
