栖架立体散养和微酸性电解水在蛋鸡安全生产中的应用

Application of new large cage aviary unit system and slightly acidic electrolyzed water in safe production of laying hens

  • 摘要: 集约化笼养模式下蛋鸡生存空间受限,产蛋后期多出现脂肪肝综合征、笼养疲劳症等,影响产蛋性能和蛋品质量,且蛋鸡舍内病原微生物含量高、场区传播途径多,易造成疫病发生和传播。此外,消毒剂滥用易造成药物残留和细菌耐药性菌等问题,不仅导致鸡场防疫成本和难度增加,还造成生态污染和食品安全问题。发展福利化养殖提高蛋鸡自身抵抗力和健康状况,同时通过绿色高效环境净化技术改善舍内养殖环境及切断病原微生物传播途径,为蛋鸡健康安全高效生产提供重要途径。文章从蛋鸡安全生产技术应用角度,总结综述一种蛋鸡福利化网上栖架立体散养工艺和基于微酸性电解水的绿色高效环境净化技术。新型立体栖架散养系统为蛋鸡提供充足活动空间和福利设施,可提高育成鸡转群适应能力,满足蛋鸡栖息、隐蔽性产蛋和磨爪等自然行为表达,显著降低血清碱性磷酸酶及肝重和腹脂重,提高蛋鸡生产性能、福利水平和健康状况,促进蛋鸡健康安全高效生产;同时转变传统生物安全防控理念,利用微酸性电解水技术净化舍内空气和设备表面微生物以改善养殖环境,同时对进出场车辆、人员和物品消毒,并对鸡舍排出空气净化,以切断病原体微生物传播途径,为提高蛋鸡场生物安全防控水平和促进蛋鸡安全生产提供新途径。

     

    Abstract: In high-density cage rearing mode, the living space of laying hens is limited, fatty liver syndrome and cage rearing fatigue occur in the late stage of laying, which leads to the decline of laying performance and egg quality. Moreover, the high content of pathogenic microorganisms in laying hens’ houses and multiple transmission channels in the field are easy to cause the occurrence and spread of disease. In addition, the abuse of disinfectants can cause problems such as drug residues and bacterial resistance. It not only increases the cost and difficulty of epidemic prevention in chicken farms, but also causes ecological pollution and food safety problems. The development of welfare farming improves the resistance and health status of laying hens. At the same time, green and efficient environmental purification technology is used to improve the breeding environment and cut off the transmission path of pathogenic microorganisms, which provides an important way for the healthy, safe and efficient production of laying hens. From the perspective of safety production technology application of laying hens, this paper summarized a new large cage aviary unit system technology of laying hen welfare and a green and efficient environmental purification technology based on slightly acidic electrolyzed water.The new large cage aviary unit system provided sufficient activity space and welfare facilities for laying hens,which could improve the adaptive ability of breeding hens to transfer population and meet the natural behavior expression of laying hens such as habitat, hidden egg production and claw grinding. It could significantly reduce serum alkaline phosphatase, liver weight and abdominal fat weight and improve the production performance,welfare level and health status of laying hens, which promoted the healthy, safe and efficient production of laying hens. At the same time, the traditional concept of biosafety prevention and control was changed. The slightly acidic electrolyzed water technique was applied in the disinfection of the indoor air and the surface of the equipment to improve the indoor environment. And it was also applied in the disinfection of the vehicles and personnel in entry and exit raise area and in the depuration of the exhaust air of poultry house to cut off the transmission path of pathogenic microorganisms. The objective of this summary was to provide a new way to improve the level of biosafety prevention and control in the laying hens farm and promote the safety production of laying hens.
