光强对蒲公英生长、活性成分积累及抗氧化活性的影响

Effects of light intensity on growth, accumulation of active constituents and antioxidant activities of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz

  • 摘要: 为研究光照强度对蒲公英生长、活性成分积累及体外抗氧化活性的影响,试验设置4个遮荫处理,分别为80%、60%、40%、20%透光率,以自然光照为对照。处理30 d后测定蒲公英生物量、光合效率、有效活性成分含量及体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,60%透光率利于蒲公英生长和光合产物积累,该处理下,蒲公英叶面积、叶片数、地上和地下生物量最高,净光合速率、电子传递效率、同化产物积累最高。透光率低于40%不利于次级代谢物质积累,总三萜含量下降。总黄酮、总酚和总胆碱含量随透光率降低呈先升后降趋势,其中总酚含量在60%透光率下最高,总胆碱和总黄酮含量在80%透光率下最高。自由基清除能力与有效活性成分含量存在显著相关性,其中清除DPPH自由基能力与总黄酮、总三萜、总酚及总胆碱含量均呈正相关;ABTS+自由基清除能力与总酚含量呈显著正相关;OH-自由基清除能力与总胆碱、总酚含量呈显著正相关。综合比较4种遮荫处理下蒲公英生物量与活性成分积累,得出光照强度为60%~80%透光率利于蒲公英高产优质兼得。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this research is to study the effects of light intensity on the growth,accumulation of active constituents and antioxidant activities of Taraxacum mongolicum. Four light intensity treatments with 80%, 60%, 40% and 20% light transmittance were created, and natural light was set as the control. The biomass, photosynthetic efficiency, the content of active constituents and antioxidant activity were measured after 30 d treatment. The results showed that 60% light transmittance promoted the growth and accumulations of photosynthetic products, and the highest leaf area, leaf numbers, the biomass of the above ground and under ground, the net photosynthetic rate, the electron transportation rate, the accumulation of assimilation products were also obtained in these light condition. The light transmittance less than 40% decreased the accumulations of active constituents, especially the total triterpenoid. The content of the total flavonoid, the total phenol, the total choline were increased initially with the light transmittance decreasing, and then decreased, and the highest contents of the total phenol was occured in the 60% light transmittance, while the highest content of the total flavonoid and choline were obtained in the 80% light transmittance. A correlation analysis suggested that the scavenging ability of free radicals were positive correlated with the contents of active ingredients, among of these, DPPH free radical scavenging ability showed a positive correlation with the content of total flavonoid, total triterpenoid, the total phenol, and the total choline, ABTS+ free radical correalated with total phenol positively, OH- free radical scavenging ability were also significantly related to the content of the total choline and the total phenol. With a comprehensive comparison of yield and the contents of active constituents, T.mongolicum grow in 60%-80% light transmittance could obtainted a high yield and quality.
