Abstract
As an important source of nutrition, soybean protein accounts for about 40% of soybean seeds. Among them, 7S globulin(b-conglycinin) and 11S globulin(glycinin) account for about70% of the total seed protein, and their contents directly affect the qualities and characteristics of soybean protein. Therefore, the mapping of soybean 7S and 11S globulin content-related QTLs and the mining of candidate genes are extremely important. The research investigated 42 QTL data related to7S and 11S globulin reported at home and abroad, and obtained 11 Meta-QTL intervals by metaanalysis using BioMercator ver.2.1 software. Using the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and the Gene Ontology database to analyze the genes in the Meta-QTL region,18 related genes involved in the regulation of 7S and 11S globulin content were identified as candidate genes. These candidate genes were involved in plant growth and development, amino acid biosynthesis and other processes.Among them, one gene was annotated as encoding 2S albumin superfamily protein, six genes were associated with the growth and development of protein synthesis-related organelles, five genes were annotated as encoding transcription factor family proteins affecting the accumulation of storage proteins, six genes were associated with storage Molecular mechanisms of protein transport. The experimental methods and results of this study were of great significance for the mapping of soybean7S globulin and 11S globulin related QTL and molecular-assisted breeding research.
