纳豆专用新品种中龙小粒豆3号的选育及配套栽培技术
Breeding and Cultivation Technology of A New Small Seed Soybean Variety Zhonglong Xiaolidou 3 for Nattō Processing

摘要: 纳豆是营养价值较高的发酵豆制品,吸水能力强、蒸煮特性好、粒形整齐一致的小粒大豆适于纳豆加工。为选育适宜纳豆加工的专用新品种,为发展纳豆健康产业作出积极贡献,也为大豆种质创新提供借鉴,以中龙小粒豆1号为母本,以高蛋白优异种质龙品8807为父本,经有性杂交,育成了适宜加工纳豆的小粒大豆新品种中龙小粒豆3号。该品种百粒重8.1 g左右;蛋白质含量42.39%,平均脂肪含量18.38%,中抗灰斑病;在适应区出苗至成熟生育日数116 d左右,需≥10℃活动积温2 400℃左右,适宜北方春大豆中早熟区种植;三年试验平均产量2 690.0 kg·hm-2,比对照品种中龙小粒豆1号增产8.3%。试验表明中龙小粒豆3号能够满足纳豆生产对原料品种的特殊要求,是理想的纳豆加工专用品种。Abstract: Nattō is a highly nutritious fermented soy product and a popular dietary supplement. The small-sized seed with strong water absorption, good cooking characteristics and uniform seed shape is suitable for nattō processing. In order to develop a new variety suitable for nattō processing, made a positive contribution to the development of nattō health industry, and provided reference for the innovation of soybean germplasm, a new small seed soybean variety Zhonglong Xiaolidou 3 suitable for nattō processing was bred by sexual hybridization with male parent Longpin 8807 which was a high protein, and excellent germplasm and the female parent Zhonglong Xiaolidou 1. Its 100-seed weight was about 8.1 g, the protein content was 42.39%, and the fat content was 18.38%. The variety had medium resistance to gray spot, the seedling-mature fertility time were about 116 d; the required active accumulated temperature of ≥10 ℃ was 2 400 ℃ and the variety was suitable for planting in mid-early maturing spring soybean producing area of northeast China. The average yield of the regional trial was 2 690.0 kg·ha-1, which was 8.3% higher than that of the control variety Zhonglong Xiaolidou 1. The test showed that Zhonglong Xiaolidou 3 could meet the special requirements of nattō for production materials, and is an ideal special variety for nattō processing.
