Test Analysis of Ridge Double-row Pineapple Transplanting Machine

  • In order to promote the mechanization of pineapple transplanting in China, according to the agronomic characteristics of pineapple planting on the ridge film of Taiwanese agricultural products, a ridge doublerow pineapple transplanting machine was developed. The machine used a 90~120 horsepower tractor as the traction power, and had the joint operation functions of ridge raising, fertilization, mulching, dropper laying and planting. The overall structure and working principle of the machine were expounded, and its operating technical conditions, test methods and main technical indicators were analyzed. Through the field transplanting test, the results showed that the ridge planting double-row pineapple planter had good integration with agronomy, the planting qualification rate was stable at more than 96%, the planting speed of pineapple transplanting machine was 62~67 plants/min, the operation efficiency was 1.33~1.41 acre/h, and the comprehensive operation cost was 50% less than manual transplanting, which could meet the overall production requirements.
