Abstract
In view of the low degree of automation in plant factory and the problem of bacteria pollution caused by manual participation, the automatic logistics system is developed. The key components of the conveying mechanism, Cartesian coordinate manipulator, end clamping mechanism, lifting mechanism, double-layer cultivation frame and steering mechanism are designed to realize the automatic handling of seedbed in the process of transplanting and harvesting. The planting area is unmanned and has advantages.It can effectively solve the problems of bacteria pollution, hidden danger of operation safety and rising labor cost caused by workers working in the cultivation room, improve the intelligent level of unmanned plant factory, promote the production mode and industrial development of plant factory, and lay the foundation for realizing large-scale production of plant factory.
