摘要: 为提高电动汽车的续航能力,针对某款家用电动汽车的二级减速器进行行驶性能优化与结构设计。首先,根据电动汽车行驶性能要求,对减速器总体速比、齿轮参数及减速器中间轴参数进行了初步设计,通过AVL Cruise软件对汽车动力系统进行仿真分析,选出最优传动比,以优化减速器传动性能。根据汽车动力系统仿真结果,设计出减速器具体布置方案,并通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对减速器齿轮静态及动态性能进行仿真分析,获取减速器工作过程中齿轮齿根弯曲变形和齿根受力规律,最终设计出满足性能要求的减速器传动方案。Abstract: In order to improve the endurance of electric vehicles, the driving performance optimization and structure design of secondary reducer of an electric vehicle are carried out. Firstly, according to the driving performance requirements of electric vehicle, the overall speed ratio, gear parameters and intermediate shaft parameters of the reducer are preliminarily designed. The vehicle power system is simulated and analyzed by AVL CRUISE software, and the optimal transmission ratio is selected to optimize the transmission performance of the reducer. According to the simulation results of automobile power system, the specific layout scheme of reducer is designed, and the static and dynamic performance of the reducer gear are simulated and analyzed by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to obtain the bending deformation and force law of the gear root during the working process of the reducer. Finally, the transmission scheme of the reducer meeting the performance requirements is designed.
