Abstract:
Aiming at the dependence on multi-point coordinated loading control system in the installation process of test hydraulic cylinders, a method for developing a hydraulic cylinder piston controller is proposed. The single chip is used as the processor core to achieve precise control of the hydraulic cylinder piston expansion and contraction, and the system response speed is adjustable. When the installation space of the test loading point is limited, the controller can improve the safety of piston operation and has reliable application value in engineering.
