基于LabVIEW的燃气轮机发电机组励磁控制器测试系统设计

Test System Design for Excitation Controller of Gas Turbine Generator Set Based on LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 励磁控制器是燃气轮机发电机组不可或缺的部分。随着发电机组服役时间的增加,励磁控制器成为机组故障率较高的部件。为了提高励磁控制器维修测试的自动化程度、提高测试精度和测试一致性,提升维修效率,设计了一套测试系统。利用LabVIEW软件平台,开发出高效、可靠、稳定的燃气轮机发电机组励磁控制器测试系统,能够极大提升测试效率和维修效率。本文主要介绍了燃气轮机发电机组励磁控制器的工作原理以及测试系统的软硬件设计。

     

    Abstract: The excitation controller is an integral part of the gas turbine generator units. With the increase of the service time of the generator unit, the excitation controller becomes a component with high failure rate. In order to improve the automation level, test accuracy and test consistency of excitation controller maintenance and testing, and to enhance maintenance efficiency, a test system is designed. The LabVIEW software platform is used to develop a highly efficient, reliable, and stable test system for excitation controller of gas turbine generator units, which can greatly improve testing and maintenance efficiency. This article introduces the working principle of the excitation controller of gas turbine generator units, as well as the hardware and software design of the test system.
