Abstract:
In view of the rubbing and high bearing temperature of the loader in the test, the original loader structure and the fault causes are analyzed from the test principle. The design of the original loader structure is improved, and the improved loader is analyzed from the main aspects, such as the force analysis, dimension chain and lubrication design. The test results show that the improved loader works stably and reliably, which shows that the new design and analysis are reasonable and the loader fault is effectively solved.
