某减速器试验用加载器改进设计分析

Improved Design and Analysis of the Loader for a Reducer Test

  • 摘要: 针对加载器在试验过程中出现的碰摩及轴承温度偏高的故障,本文从试验原理出发,对原有加载器结构及故障原因进行了分析,对加载器的结构进行了改进设计,并从加载器受力分析、尺寸链设计、润滑设计等主要方面对改进后的加载器进行了设计分析。经过试验验证,改进后加载器工作稳定、可靠,表明改进设计及分析合理,有效解决了加载器故障。

     

    Abstract: In view of the rubbing and high bearing temperature of the loader in the test, the original loader structure and the fault causes are analyzed from the test principle. The design of the original loader structure is improved, and the improved loader is analyzed from the main aspects, such as the force analysis, dimension chain and lubrication design. The test results show that the improved loader works stably and reliably, which shows that the new design and analysis are reasonable and the loader fault is effectively solved.
