基于振动台的超高周振动疲劳试验方法研究

Research on Very High Cycle Vibration Fatigue Test Method Based on Vibration Table

  • 摘要: 针对航空发动机压气机、涡轮叶片部件在服役时面临的超高周疲劳问题,基于振动台的工作特性,利用有限元软件设计了一种可实现1500Hz以上的振动疲劳试样,建立了一套可模拟叶片结构振动的高频振动疲劳试验系统,并完成振动疲劳试验。结果表明,振动台超高周振动疲劳试验结果与已开展的旋转弯曲疲劳试验结果趋势基本一致,该试验方法具有较好的可靠性,可作为金属材料超高周疲劳性能验证的手段之一。

     

    Abstract: Aiming to the problem of very high cycle fatigue of aero-engine compressor and turbine blade components in service, based on the working characteristics of vibration table, a vibration fatigue sample with a frequency of more than 1500Hz is designed by using finite element software. A high frequency vibration fatigue test system for simulating the vibration of blade structure is established, and the vibration fatigue test is completed. The results show that the variation trend of very high cycle vibration fatigue test results based on vibration table is basically consistent with the rotating bending fatigue test results. The test method has good reliability and can be used as one of the verification methods for the very high fatigue properties of metal materials.
