基于仿真分析的机载设备安装支架设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Mounting Bracket for Airborne Equipment Based on Simulation Analysis

  • 摘要: 为提高机载设备的安全性,根据机载设备的过载系数,设计了一种机载设备安装支架。通过对有限元分析结果的分析,以强度为评价指标,对安装支架的连接方式、形状以及厚度进行了重新设计优化,优化后的安装支架重量减少了76.4%。新的有限元分析结果表明,优化后的安装支架应力分布更加合理,强度也满足要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the safety of airborne equipment, a mounting bracket for airborne equipment is designed according to the overload coefficient. By analyzing the finite element analysis results, taking strength as evaluation index, the connection mode, structure shape and thickness of the mounting bracket are redesigned and optimized. The weight of the optimized mounting bracket is reduced by 76.4%. The new finite element analysis results show that the optimized mounting bracket not only has more reasonable stress distribution, but also meet the requirements of strength.
