Abstract:
In order to improve the safety of airborne equipment, a mounting bracket for airborne equipment is designed according to the overload coefficient. By analyzing the finite element analysis results, taking strength as evaluation index, the connection mode, structure shape and thickness of the mounting bracket are redesigned and optimized. The weight of the optimized mounting bracket is reduced by 76.4%. The new finite element analysis results show that the optimized mounting bracket not only has more reasonable stress distribution, but also meet the requirements of strength.
