双列调心滚子轴承温升的分析

Analysis of Temperature Rise of Double Row Self-aligning Roller Bearings

  • 摘要: 针对双列调心滚子轴承在运转过程中出现轴承温度过高的问题,综合考虑设计、制造、使用等方面的因素,对同批次同型号轴承进行详细检查,通过试验研究轴承密合度、轴承保持架兜孔间隙、套圈滚道及滚子粗糙度、工作环境温度与轴承温升的关系,得到如下结论:为减少双列调心滚子轴承工作时的温升,可以适当提高轴承密合度与保持架兜孔间隙,减小滚子粗糙度和工作环境温度。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the bearing temperature is too high during the operation of double row self-aligning roller bearings, a detailed inspection is conducted on the bearings of the same batch and model by taking into account the factors of design, manufacture and usage. The experiments are carried out to study the relationship between bearing tightness, bearing cage pocket clearance, ring raceway and roller roughness, working environment temperature, and bear temperature rise. The following conclusions are obtained that in order to reduce the temperature rise during the operation of double row self-aligning roller bearings, the bearing tightness and cage pocket clearance can be appropriately increased, and the roller roughness and working environment temperature can be reduced.
