Abstract:
The simulation of boundary conditions and the design of support fixture are very important in the ground test of aircraft structural strength. In this paper, two support methods are designed for the structural form and loading mode of nose landing gear cabin connection area, and applied to the static test of the nose landing gear connection area of a certain type of aircraft. The test results show that the two kinds of support fixtures not only meet the static ireguirements of the test parts, but also ensure the stiffness requirements, reduce the interference caused by the stability of the fixture, and make the test measurement data more real and effective.
