数字样机全生命周期研究综述

Application and Development Trend of Full Life Cycle of Digital Prototype

  • 摘要: 数字样机的问世在几何属性和功能特性方面取代了传统的物理样机,有效减少了产品在试制环节不必要的重复试验,从而降低了生产成本,显著减少了时间投入,并提高了产品质量。本文简要介绍了数字样机的概念、国内外数字样机研究现状及数字样机发展的1.0和2.0特性,从产品的全生命周期角度分析了数字样机各个阶段的应用,重点介绍了数字样机在产品设计阶段及使用维护阶段的关键作用,最后阐述了当前数字样机技术发展面临的挑战及未来发展前景。本文的论述为数字样机的设计人员提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The emergence of digital prototype has replaced the traditional physical prototypes in terms of geometric properties and functional characteristics, which effectively reduces the unnecessary repeated tests in the trial production process. Therefore, the production cost is reduced, the time investment is significantly reduced, and the product quality is improved. This paper briefly introduces the concept of digital prototype, the research status of digital prototype at home and abroad, as well as the 1.0 and 2.0 characteristics of digital prototype development. The application of digital prototypes in each stage is analyzed from the perspective of the entire product lifecycle, with a focus on the key role of digital prototypes in the design and maintenance stages of products. Finally, the challenges faced by the development of digital prototype technology and the future development prospects are described. The discussion of the paper provides a reference for the researchers of digital prototypes.
