Abstract:
Composite honeycomb sandwich structure has excellent properties and is widely used in the fields of aviation,aerospace and shipbuilding etc. When the structure is impacted,it is easy to damage. The test results show that the low velocity impact will seriously reduce the tensile and compressive capacity of honeycomb sandwich panel,and cause delamination expansion between the skin and the core. Low velocity impact test of composite honeycomb sandwich structure is designed in the paper,and the test results are analyzed,then the relevant change rules are obtained.
