海南省文临高速公路建设质量提升措施研究

Study on Measures to Improve the Construction Quality of Wen-Lin Expressway in Hainan Province

  • 摘要: 采用沥青红外快速检测技术,对本项目基质沥青及改性沥青进行日常检测,保证本项目沥青质量稳定。本项目基质沥青相似度平均值为99.5%,整体质量稳定可靠,改性沥青SBS掺量分布基本都大于4.5%,平均值为4.6%,满足施工要求。根据本项目骨料为多孔玄武岩的特点,使用Superpave沥青混合料配合比设计方法,采用控制点和限制区的概念来限定,优选试验级配设计,保证项目质量。为提升本项目摊铺施工质量,使用基于激光和红外扫描技术的快速无损检测设备,对本项目摊铺效果进行检测评估,根据检测评估结果及时调整施工参数,使本项目的平整度、均匀性、渗水系数等指标达到新的高度。

     

    Abstract: The asphalt infrared rapid detection technology is used to carry out daily detection on the base asphalt and modified asphalt of the project to ensure the stability of the asphalt quality of the project. The average value of the base asphalt of the project is 99.5%, and the overall quality is stable and reliable. The SBS content distribution of modified asphalt is basically greater than 4.5%, and the average value is 4.6%, which meets the construction requirements. According to the characteristics of porous basalt in the aggregate of this project, the Superpave asphalt mixture mix design method is introduced, and the concept of control point and restricted zone is adopted to limit, optimize the test grading design and ensure the project quality. In order to improve the paving construction quality of the project, the advanced rapid nondestructive detection equipment is used to test and evaluate the paving effect, and the construction parameters are adjusted in time according to the test and evaluation results, so as to reach a new height for the flatness, uniformity, water permeability coefficient and other indicators of the project.
