Abstract:
The asphalt infrared rapid detection technology is used to carry out daily detection on the base asphalt and modified asphalt of the project to ensure the stability of the asphalt quality of the project. The average value of the base asphalt of the project is 99.5%, and the overall quality is stable and reliable. The SBS content distribution of modified asphalt is basically greater than 4.5%, and the average value is 4.6%, which meets the construction requirements. According to the characteristics of porous basalt in the aggregate of this project, the Superpave asphalt mixture mix design method is introduced, and the concept of control point and restricted zone is adopted to limit, optimize the test grading design and ensure the project quality. In order to improve the paving construction quality of the project, the advanced rapid nondestructive detection equipment is used to test and evaluate the paving effect, and the construction parameters are adjusted in time according to the test and evaluation results, so as to reach a new height for the flatness, uniformity, water permeability coefficient and other indicators of the project.
