结构强度试验连接件仿真模型数据库设计研究

Study on Database Design of Simulation Model of Structural Strength Test Connector

  • 摘要: 研究了不同试验连接件仿真模型存在的问题,针对连接件仿真模型数据与试验设计关联难题,建立了基于设计参数匹配连接件调用的数据库。基于数据库框架对模型的需求,建立集成评估框架,对于数据库扩容留有接口,当数据库缺失模型及时进行补充,满足试验设计评估的整体性要求。基于安全裕度的系统性能指标预测连接件整体安全裕度,提高试验设计效率和安全性。

     

    Abstract: The existing problems of simulation models for different experiments are studied in the paper. Aiming at the problems related to the simulation model data and experimental design, a database for connector calls based on the design parameter matching is established. Based on the model requirements of the database framework, an integrated evaluation framework is established. There are interfaces for the expansion of the database, and the missing models of the database are filled in time to meet the integrity requirements of the experimental design evaluation. The system performance index based on safety margin can provide overall safety margin and improve the efficiency and safety of test design.
