Abstract:
According to the failure environment of high cycle fatigue of an engine titanium alloy fan blade, the lifting method is used to carry out the vibration fatigue performance test of 1×10~8 load cycles at working temperature. According to the test requirements, the fixture design, temperature field calibration, natural frequency and damping ratio test, stress-af calibration and blade high cycle fatigue test are completed. Through the analysis and processing of the test data, the vibration characteristics of the titanium alloy fan blade at normal temperature and working temperature, and the high cycle median fatigue limit at working temperature are obtained.
