钛合金风扇叶片工作温度下的高周疲劳试验研究

Research on High Cycle Fatigue Test of Titanium Alloy Fan Blade at Working Temperature

  • 摘要: 依据某发动机钛合金风扇叶片高循环疲劳失效环境,采用升降法进行了工作温度下载荷循环次数为1×10~8的振动疲劳性能试验研究。根据试验需求完成了夹具设计、温度场标定、固有频率和阻尼比测试、应力-af标定以及叶片高周疲劳试验,通过对数据的处理分析获得了钛合金风扇叶片常温和工作温度下的振动特性以及工作温度下的高周中值疲劳极限。

     

    Abstract: According to the failure environment of high cycle fatigue of an engine titanium alloy fan blade, the lifting method is used to carry out the vibration fatigue performance test of 1×10~8 load cycles at working temperature. According to the test requirements, the fixture design, temperature field calibration, natural frequency and damping ratio test, stress-af calibration and blade high cycle fatigue test are completed. Through the analysis and processing of the test data, the vibration characteristics of the titanium alloy fan blade at normal temperature and working temperature, and the high cycle median fatigue limit at working temperature are obtained.
