Abstract:
Cold-shrinkable cable accessories are pre-expanded products formed by pre-expanding the vulcanized rubber products and lining the support tube in the factory. Insufficient mechanical strength of the support tube can easily lead to collapse during use, which in turn causes the pre-expanded rubber component products to fail to use normally, so it is necessary to carry out simulation analysis and experimental verification on the mechanical strength of the supporting tube. In this paper, combined with finite element analysis, the theoretical deformation and test values of different specifications of spiral support tubes under specific loads are analyzed and compared, which provides a reference for the strength design of similar products in the future.
