高压气瓶疲劳试验机控制系统设计

Design of Control System of High Pressure Cylinder Fatigue Testing Machine

  • 摘要: 《氢能产业发展中长期规划(2021-2035年)》指出,氢能产业是战略性新兴产业和未来产业重点发展方向。高压气瓶作为氢能存储和运输的重要组成部分,其安全性备受关注。本文针对检测高压气瓶的疲劳强度和使用寿命,设计了高压气瓶疲劳试验机控制系统。该测试系统可以远离测试现场,对操作安全起到一定的保护作用。其控制以PLC为核心,运行更加可靠;使用数据采集卡进行数据采集,保证足够的数据采样频率。上位机软件采用VB6.0编写,操作简单,具备实时采集压力波形、导出压力记录等功能。

     

    Abstract: In the Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry(2021-2035), it is pointed out that the hydrogen energy industry is a strategic emerging industry and the key development direction of the future industry. As an important part of hydrogen energy storage and transportation, the safety of high pressure cylinders has attracted much attention. In this paper, the control system of high pressure cylinder fatigue testing machine is designed to test the fatigue strength and service life of high pressure cylinder. The test system can be far away from the test site, which can protect the operation safety of the operator. Its control takes PLC as the core, and the operation is more reliable. Data acquisition card is used for data acquisition to ensure sufficient data sampling frequency. The upper computer software is written by VB6.0, which is simple to operate and has the functions of real-time collection of pressure waveform and pressure record export.
