Abstract:
In the Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry(2021-2035), it is pointed out that the hydrogen energy industry is a strategic emerging industry and the key development direction of the future industry. As an important part of hydrogen energy storage and transportation, the safety of high pressure cylinders has attracted much attention. In this paper, the control system of high pressure cylinder fatigue testing machine is designed to test the fatigue strength and service life of high pressure cylinder. The test system can be far away from the test site, which can protect the operation safety of the operator. Its control takes PLC as the core, and the operation is more reliable. Data acquisition card is used for data acquisition to ensure sufficient data sampling frequency. The upper computer software is written by VB6.0, which is simple to operate and has the functions of real-time collection of pressure waveform and pressure record export.
