纵置板簧系统刚度影响因素的研究与分析

Research and Analysis of Influencing Factors of the Stiffness of Longitudinal Leaf Spring System

  • 摘要: 针对板簧、吊耳和支架组成的悬架系统刚度异常高于板簧刚度的问题,分析了其影响因素,运用Adams/car模块仿真分析各因素的影响。以某6t轻卡悬架为例,分析刚度偏离的影响因素,制定优化措施,验证优化效果。该分析方法为悬架系统开发完善了设计方法。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the stiffness of suspension system composed of leaf springs, lifting lug and brackets is abnormally higher than that of leaf springs, the influencing factors of the stiffness of suspension system are analyzed, and the influence degree of each factor is simulated by using Adams/car module. Taking the front suspension system of a 6-ton light truck as an example, the influencing factors of stiffness deviation are analyzed, and the optimization measures are formulated to verify the optimization effect. The analysis method improves the design method for the development of suspension system.
