袖阀管分层注浆技术在软土地基中对桩基水平承载力的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Sleeve Valve Pipe Layered Grouting Technology on the Horizontal Bearing Capacity of Pile Foundation in Soft Soil Foundation

  • 摘要: 以在建的厦门新会展中心基础工程为依托,采用袖阀管分层注浆技术对淤泥质土层进行加固处理,以增强桩基的水平承载力。采用单桩水平静载试验对处理前后的桩基水平承载力进行检测,同对加固后土体进行开挖分析,验证袖阀管分层注浆技术对软土地基中桩基水平承载力的影响程度。研究结果表明,对软土地基加固处理时,利用袖阀管分层注浆技术可以显著提高软土地层的承载能力,同时提高桩基的水平承载力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the foundation project of Xiamen New Convention and Exhibition Center under construction,the sleeve valve pipe layered grouting technology is used to reinforce the silt soil layer to enhance the horizontal bearing capacity of the pile foundation. The horizontal bearing capacity of the pile foundation before and after treatment is tested by single pile horizontal static load test,and the soil surface after reinforcement is excavated and analyzed to verify the influence of sleeve valve pipe layered grouting technology on the horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundation in soft soil foundation. The results show that the sleeve valve pipe layered grouting technology can significantly improve the bearing capacity of soft soil layer and the horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundation in the reinforcement of soft soil foundation.
