一种机电混合模拟惯性试验台飞轮组合系统研制与应用

Development and Application of Flywheel Combination System of an Electromechanical Hybrid Simulation Inertial Test-Bed

  • 摘要: 为满足某型航空惯性试验台惯量配置需求,设计了一种新型飞轮组合系统,将轴承安装于选择飞轮内部,减少了轴承座数量,使用销轴啮合、分离选择飞轮与主飞轮,安装方便,操作简单。该系统同拨叉离合机构相比,有效降低了飞轮系统的轴向空间尺寸,轴系结构简单,加工精度要求低,经济性好。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the inertia configuration requirements of a certain type of aviation inertial test-bed, a new type of flywheel combination system is designed. The bearing is installed inside the selection flywheel, which reduces the number of bearing houses. The pin shaft is used to engage and separate the selection flywheel from the main flywheel, which is easy to install and operate. Compared with the fork clutch mechanism, the system effectively reduces the axial space size of the flywheel combination system, the shaft structure is simple, the processing accuracy is low, and the economy is good.
