绑带加载在全尺寸飞机静力试验中的应用研究

Study on Application of Bandage Loading to Full Scale Aircraft Static Test

  • 摘要: 结构静强度试验中,结构载荷施加的方法多种多样。通过研究,提出了一种新型机身框加载方式,使用绑带绕过机身框段,绑带一端固定,另一端加载,通过绑带将载荷传递到机身框段。绑带加载方式相对简单,结构表面承载均匀、拆装方便,但也存在绑带与机身结构存在摩擦及附加扭矩等问题。对绑带加载方式进行了分析研究,并在某飞机垂尾试验中进行了应用,验证了绑带加载方式的可行性、稳定性以及安全性。

     

    Abstract: There are different kinds of structural loading methods in full scale aircraft static test. A new way to apply loads on the fuselage frame is proposed in the paper. The bandage is used to bypass the fuselage frame. One end of the bandage is fixed,and the other end is loaded,then the load is transferred to the fuselage frame through the bandage. The bandage loading method is relatively simple. The structure surface load is more homogeneous,and it is easier to install and remove.Bandage loading method is analyzed and applied in the vertical fin test of an aircraft,which verified the feasibility,stability and security of bandage loading method.
