Abstract:
Two initial damage on the long truss are continuously tracked and monitored by using acoustic emission technology in the compression-shear fatigue test of an aircraft composite fuselage siding. During the test, real-time statistical analysis is carried out on the amplitude, energy, count and other characteristic parameters of the acoustic emission signal for all monitoring channels. The extension of one of the damages is successfully detected during the test, which provides important data support for the analysis of the test conclusions.
